Simon "KWERTZZ" Horák is a professional Counter-Strike 2 player from the Czech Republic. He began his career in local mixes before joining team Brute in June 2021, where he spent several months. In September 2021, KWERTZZ joined Entropiq. On August 31, 2022, he transferred to Universe.

On March 17, 2023, KWERTZZ joined SINNERS Esports on a trial basis. Just five days later, on March 22, he was promoted to the organization's main roster. On February 23, 2024, KWERTZZ moved to TSM. In April 2025, he became a player for ALGO, before continuing his career with UNiTY on April 9, 2026.
